I want to say a big THANK YOU to the organisers, my mentor and my mastermind group. For me, participation in the programme helped me to see that I was in a state of burnout and to find a way out of it. With the support of a mentor and the strength to consciously choose my career.

The programme helped me to start to fight imposter syndrome, to try a new job in a new field that I planned to pursue sometime later and, most importantly, gave me the confidence that with a powerful and cool female community it is possible to work well in IT without being stereotyped as an imposter.

Really impressed with the organisation, all in all - how the selection was done, the training webinars, the chat and in-person support, the feedback, the branding of materials and even the merchandise. Very professional! I got more than I expected.

Working with a mentor was a new experience for me and one that I was really looking forward to. The programme gave me the opportunity to work in a new format with an interesting partner. I would like to note that the first session was well structured and very rich in practical knowledge. This was largely due to the way the mentor led the session. Also, the preliminary preparation for the session on my part had a significant impact - it was clear to both sides what issues we were going to work on.

Mentees are great! Very motivated, they come with a specific goal or problem, they know what they want or don't want, they are very easy and pleasant to work with.
